- 2 lb hamburger
-one onion (chopped very small)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- one egg
- Mix hamburger, onion, salt, pepper, cloves, nutmeg and egg together in a bowl. Roll out meatballs. Brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from frying pan - place in casserole dish.
- Add 2 cans of mushroom soup and 1 can of water to frying pan. Use a wisk to mix and get all the little meatball goodness left behind. Cook until bubbling. Pour over meatballs (try to cover them all).
- Cover casserole and cook at 375 degrees for 90 minutes.- serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables (we like corn with this meal).
