I spy ...
something that is round (did you notice the spider ... I didn't until I looked at the picture) and Joshua's little shoes.
Joel and I planted our garden this afternoon while Joshua had a nap. It was fun preparing the soil and planting seeds. Looking forward to watching the garden's progress. We planted potatoes, pumpkins, beans and carrots. I've only planted flowers for the last few years and I was missing having a vegetable garden. In my old house I had all kinds of gardens (which my Mom and I would spend hours and hours weeding for the summers that I lived there). Such great memories ...

love those shoes too...had them for all three of my kids as well - so perfect for the first year!
you will also have to keep us updated on the progress of the garden..haven't had one in years.
