A big boy bed ...

Josh got a new big boy bed yesterday (you may recognize that it is a "new to him" bed because Joel had this toddler bed too. He was pretty excited about it (and so was Joel). I am impressed because he slept in it all night with really no fuss. I have only had to put him back in once -- and that was for this morning's nap. He's such a good little sleeper ... and for that I am EXTREMELY thankful. If only he wouldn't kick off the covers at night. It wakes him up momentarily (and means I have to get up and put the covers back over him after a tiny little snuggle). It is that time of the year here ... furnace time. It's been on for about a week ... but not very high because of the little furnace I'm carrying around (otherwise when I'm not pregnant I hike it up because I DO NOT like being cold.) Yesterday Matt mowed the lawn for the last time this year and put away all the outside sandbox toys. It's a sad day for me when the furnace goes on and the outside summer toys go away ... winter is coming.

I'm happy to announce that my week in the life project for 2009 is done. Complete. Printed. Put in my scrapbook ... ready for enjoyment by family and friends. So glad it's not hanging over my head (kinda like my 2008 project .... it's still not done.)

Peace to you.

Congrats on getting it done! I am OUT of cardstock, so I have to wait a few days before I can even begin putting it together. I'm shocked that you Canadians are already running the heat. It's was up in the 90's here today. And I think it will probably stay close to that all winter long. Blech.
